Shaleen Global provides business, immigration and quality consulting services. Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or immigration advice for your specific situation. A formal engagement begins only when agreed between you and Shaleen Global.
No guarantee of outcomes
Where our services relate to applications, certifications, tenders or filings decided by third parties — such as government authorities, certification bodies, embassies or financial institutions — the final decision rests with those parties. We prepare and present your matter professionally, but we cannot and do not guarantee approval, certification, award or any particular outcome.
Appointments and bookings
Services are provided by appointment. Our WhatsApp line is for booking appointments only. Our appointment and cancellation policy applies: your first appointment may be booked without a deposit; if you cancel your first appointment, a full advance deposit is required before a second appointment is confirmed; if you cancel your second appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by you.
Fees
Fees are agreed before work begins and are payable as set out in your engagement. Third-party fees (for example, government, embassy or certification fees) are separate and your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
The content, design and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Shaleen Global and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables prepared specifically for you (such as a business plan) belong to you once paid for, as agreed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaleen Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Guyanese courts.
